Who we are

This site is operated by Freeman Labs, 800 Embassy Dr, Austin, TX 78702 (email support@joinnextup.com, phone (512) 522-0754). "We" below means Freeman Labs, the operator of Austin Med Spa.

What we collect

  • Your name and mobile number, if you opt in to text messages.
  • If you check the optional text-message box, a record of your consent: the time, the exact consent text you saw, the page, and your IP address and browser type. If you leave the box unchecked, we do not save a contact and we do not send texts.
  • Your replies to our texts, including STOP and HELP, if you opted in.
  • Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment details, health information or government IDs on this site.

How we use it

If you opt in, we use your name and number to send the waitlist texts you asked for (confirmation of your sign-up, open appointment times and booking confirmations) and to keep proof of your consent. We do not use your number for advertising and we do not sell it. Submitting a request does not require text-message consent, and a request without that consent is not added to the text program.

Who it is shared with

We use service providers to run the site and, when you have opted in, to deliver texts: HighLevel stores your contact record and sends the messages through US mobile carriers, and Cloudflare hosts this site. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

Text messages are optional. If you check the consent box for the program "Austin Med Spa Waitlist Alerts", we send one confirmation after you sign up, then texts when an appointment time opens and booking confirmations. Message types: open appointment times and booking confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and your consent are used only for this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS, and an opted-in contact record is kept in our HighLevel account. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we only use this information to run the shop and the waitlist.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers on this site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie to tell people from bots.

How long we keep it

We keep an opted-in contact record and consent record for up to 3 years after your last activity, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a short time.

Your choices

  • Leave the text-message box unchecked. You can still submit a request.
  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one final confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.
  • Email support@joinnextup.com or call (512) 522-0754 to see, correct or delete your information. You can also ask us to stop using it.
  • Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts you send or receive.

Children

This site is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Our Terms and SMS program terms also apply.
