Using this site

You may browse the site and submit a request with your own name and number. Text messages are optional and are not required to submit a request or to complete a booking. Please do not misuse the form. We may change or remove pages at any time. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, Freeman Labs is not liable for damages from using it.

SMS program terms

  • Program name: Austin Med Spa Waitlist Alerts.
  • Who sends the texts: Austin Med Spa, operated by Freeman Labs, sends these texts.
  • Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to use this site and to sign up for SMS messages.
  • What you get: one confirmation text after you opt in, then texts when an appointment time opens and booking confirmations. These are not marketing messages.
  • How to join: enter your name and mobile number on https://getaustinmedspa.com/book and, if you want texts, check the optional consent box. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of completing a request.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies with openings, usually a few messages a month.
  • Cost: we do not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time (you can also email support@joinnextup.com and ask us to remove you). You will get a confirmation: "Austin Med Spa: You're unsubscribed and won't get more texts. Reply START to rejoin. Help: support@joinnextup.com or (512) 522-0754." Reply START to rejoin: "Austin Med Spa: You're subscribed to waitlist alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available to US mobile numbers on most major US carriers (for example AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon). Carrier support can change.
  • Privacy: we do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
